Terms of Use

1. Who can play

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• You must not be barred from using the App under the laws of your country, and your account must not have been previously banned by us.

2. Your account

• Guest mode needs no account. Guest progress lives only on your device, is not backed up by us, and cannot be recovered or transferred if you uninstall the App or change phones.
• Online mode requires signing in with a Google account. One person may hold one account. Creating extra accounts to farm rewards, dodge a ban or manipulate rankings is prohibited.
• Keep your device and Google account secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate someone else, infringe rights, or contain offensive or misleading content. We may change usernames that break this rule.
• You can delete your account at any time (see the Data Deletion Request page).

3. Licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment, in accordance with these Terms. The App is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with CONPLY.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App or any part of it, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction.

4. Virtual coins, gems and items

The App contains virtual currencies (coins and gems) and virtual items (avatars, frames, tables, card decks, gifts, chests, season pass rewards and similar). About all of them:

• They are a limited licence to use a feature of the App. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and can never be exchanged for real money, goods or services outside the App.
• They cannot be transferred, sold or traded, except through features the App itself provides (for example sending a gift to another player at your table).
• Balances and ownership are recorded on our servers, which are the only authoritative record. We may correct balances that were credited by error, exploit or fraud.
• We may add, change, rebalance, limit or remove virtual currencies and items, their prices in coins or gems, and the ways to earn them, at any time as part of operating the game.
• Virtual currencies and items are lost permanently when your account is deleted or banned.

5. Online matches and stakes

• Online matches are played for a coin stake (entry fee) shown before you join. The stake is deducted when the match starts and paid out to the winner(s) by our game server when it ends.
• Leaving, surrendering or losing connection during a match may count as a loss and forfeit your stake. Our server may fill empty seats with computer players so a match can proceed.
• Private matches with friends are played by invitation code; the host chooses the stake and game style.
• Match outcomes decided by our server are final. Coins and gems have no cash value, so no match ever involves real money or gambling.

6. Rankings, seasons and prizes

• The weekly ranking is based on points earned by playing online matches. It resets every Monday at 00:00 GMT; at that moment the top players automatically receive the prizes displayed in the App (gems and coins).
• The season pass, elite challenge, missions, achievements and chests reward play with virtual items under the conditions shown in the App. Rewards, tiers and conditions may change between seasons.
• We may void points, results or prizes obtained through cheating, exploits, multiple accounts or any breach of these Terms.
• All prizes are virtual items governed by section 4.

7. Advertising

The App is free and displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional rewarded videos you may watch in exchange for in-game rewards; others appear between matches or on result screens. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products they promote. See the Advertising section of our Privacy Policy for your choices.

8. Fair play

Ronda STARS Online is a game of skill and luck shared with real people. You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, automation, scripts, modified or repackaged versions of the App, memory editors, or any tool that alters gameplay or the App’s communication with our servers;
• exploit bugs or glitches to gain coins, gems, items or ranking points, or fail to report a serious exploit you discover;
• collude with other players to fix results, throw matches, or farm rewards between your own accounts;
• interfere with our servers, probe them for vulnerabilities, or attempt to access other players’ accounts or data;
• sell, buy, share or trade accounts, coins, gems or items outside the App.

To protect fair play, the App uses the Google Play Integrity API when you enter online matches. Modified apps or devices that fail these checks may be restricted from online play.

9. Usernames, quick chat and conduct

The only content you create in the App is your username. In-match chat is a fixed list of phrases and gift emojis chosen by us; there is no free-text messaging. You agree that your username will not be harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, defamatory or illegal, will not impersonate another person or brand, and will not contain personal information or advertising; and that you will not use quick chat or gifts to spam or harass other players.

• Quick-chat phrases and gifts are delivered only to the players at your table, are rate-limited, and are not stored by us.
• You can block any player from their profile card. Blocked players cannot send you friend requests or match invitations.
• You can report any player from their profile card for cheating, an offensive username or harassment. We review reports and may rename, warn, suspend or ban the reported account. Deliberately false reports are themselves a breach of these Terms.
• We may change or refuse any username and act against accounts that break these rules, without notice.

10. Suspensions and bans

If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, we may warn you, remove content, void results, adjust or remove virtual currencies and items, restrict online features, or suspend or permanently ban your account. Serious breaches (cheating, fraud, harassment, attacks on our systems) may result in an immediate permanent ban. Banned accounts forfeit all virtual currencies and items.

If you believe an action against your account was a mistake, write to userconplay@gmail.com within 30 days with your player code.

11. Availability and changes

• The App and its online services are provided “as available”. Servers may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages or events beyond our control, and a match in progress may be lost.
• We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, mode, event, item or the App itself at any time. Where reasonably possible we will announce important changes in the App.
• Updates may be required to keep playing online. Older versions may stop working.

12. Intellectual property

The App, including its artwork, avatars, frames, tables, decks, sounds, music, text, user interface, code and server logic, is owned by or licensed to CONPLY and protected by copyright and other laws. The names “Ronda STARS Online” and “CONPLY” and their logos are our marks. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely without any obligation to you.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONPLY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, virtual currencies, virtual items, progress, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to the App or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero, as the App sells nothing) and (b) ten U.S. dollars (USD 10).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

15. Your responsibility

You agree to compensate CONPLY for losses, costs and claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the App, to the extent permitted by the law of your country.

16. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may end this agreement and close your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (virtual items, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply after termination.

17. Google Play

The App is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google’s terms, which take precedence for matters concerning the store itself (downloads, updates, and any future purchases). Read the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for the App.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us — most issues can be solved quickly by e-mail. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be brought before the competent courts of Morocco, unless the law of your country gives you the right to sue where you live.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will notify you in the App; continuing to play after the new date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
