You can delete your Ronda STARS Online account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways: instantly inside the app, or by sending us an e-mail. This page also lists exactly what is erased, what is kept for a short time, and how to delete only part of your data.
Contents
1. Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest way. It works only while you are signed in with the Google account you want to delete.
- Open Ronda STARS Online and go to Settings (the gear icon).
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Read the warning and tap Confirm. The button is disabled until you confirm, so it cannot be tapped by accident.
- Your sign-in record, your profile and all the data listed in section 3 are erased immediately and permanently from our servers, and the app signs you out. You can keep playing as a guest or create a new account later.
2. Request deletion by e-mail
If you no longer have the app, cannot sign in, or prefer to write to us, send an e-mail:
- Write to userconplay@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Ronda STARS Online account”.
- Send it from the Google address you used to sign in, so we can verify it is really you. If that is not possible, include your 8-digit player code (shown at the top of your profile) and we will verify by other means.
- Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted, or only specific data (see section 5).
- We confirm receipt, carry out the deletion, and send you a confirmation e-mail — normally within a few days and always within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
Deleting your account removes everything linked to it on our servers:
| Category | Data erased |
|---|---|
| Profile | Username, e-mail address, player code, avatar and frame, country, language, level and experience. |
| Economy and items | Coins, gems, owned and equipped avatars, frames, tables and card decks, received gifts. |
| Progress and competitions | Statistics, weekly ranking points and last rank, season pass progress, elite challenge progress, missions, achievements and claimed rewards. |
| Social | Friends list, sent and received friend requests, match invitations, blocked players, online presence. |
| Activity | Gift history (sent and received), matchmaking records, reports you submitted or that were submitted about you. |
| Device | Push notification token. |
| Sign-in | The authentication record holding your Google e-mail is deleted at the same moment. |
Your name simply disappears from other players’ friends lists and from the rankings.
4. What is kept, and for how long
| Data | Why it is kept | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Crash reports and usage analytics | Held by Google Firebase in aggregated form; not linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you by us | Per Firebase’s retention: crash data 90 days, analytics up to 14 months |
| Advertising data | Processed by Google AdMob under its own policy using your device’s Advertising ID, not your account | See Advertising in the Privacy Policy; you can reset the Advertising ID on your device |
| Abuse-prevention record | Only if the account was banned: a one-way hash of the sign-in e-mail and the ban reason, so the ban cannot be evaded by re-registering. It cannot be used to identify you otherwise. | Only as long as necessary for that purpose |
| Data we must keep by law | Legal obligations or an ongoing dispute | For the period the law requires |
Nothing else is retained.
5. Deleting only some data
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove specific data:
- Friends and requests: remove a friend or cancel a request from the Friends screen.
- Blocked players: unblock from the player’s profile card.
- Push notification token: turn notifications off in Settings, or sign out.
- Profile details: change your username, avatar or country in Profile → Edit, and the language in Settings.
- Anything else (for example your gift history): e-mail us as in section 2 and say which data you want removed. We will do so unless we need it for the reasons in section 4.
6. Guest mode
If you play as a guest without signing in, none of your data is on our servers. Everything (name, avatar, coins, settings, offline progress) is stored only on your phone. To delete it, clear the app’s storage in your device settings or uninstall the app.
7. Common questions
Can I get my account back after deleting it?
No. Deletion is permanent. Signing in again with the same Google account creates a brand-new, empty profile.
Will my coins or gems be refunded?
No. Coins and gems are virtual items with no monetary value (see the Terms of Use).
I deleted the app. Is my account deleted too?
No. Uninstalling only removes local data. Your online profile stays until you delete it in the app or by e-mail.
Someone else is using my account.
E-mail us immediately from your Google address; we can delete or lock the account for you.
How do I remove my data from Google (ads, analytics)?
That data is controlled by Google under its own policies and is not linked to your Ronda STARS Online account. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and learn how to reset or delete your Advertising ID.
