This Privacy Policy explains what information Ronda STARS Online (the “App”) collects, how CONPLY (“we”, “us”) uses it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Android app distributed through Google Play.
By installing or using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Questions: userconplay@gmail.com.

1. Guest mode and online mode
The App can be used in two ways, and the data involved is very different:
- Guest (local) mode. No account is created. Your chosen name, avatar, coins, gems, settings and offline progress are stored only on your device. Nothing about your play is sent to our servers. Uninstalling the App erases this data.
- Online mode. You sign in with your Google account. We create a player profile on our servers so you can play online matches, add friends, send gifts, and compete in the weekly ranking, the season pass and the elite challenge. The rest of this policy describes online mode unless stated otherwise.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and identity
| Data | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google account e-mail address | Google Sign-In, when you create your account | Identifies your account, lets you sign back in on any device, and is used to verify deletion requests. It also seeds your first username, which you can change. |
| Account identifier | Generated by our authentication provider | Links your profile, progress and social data. |
| Player code (8-digit ID) | Generated by us | Lets other players find you to send a friend request. You can share it or keep it private. |
| Username | You choose it | Shown to other players in matches, friends lists and rankings. |
| Avatar, avatar frame, table and card skins | Chosen from the in-game gallery and store | Your appearance in the game. The App never uses your photos. |
| Country and language | You choose them in your profile / settings | Shows a country flag on your profile and sets the App language (Arabic / English). |
2.2 Game progress and economy
- Coins, gems, level and experience points, weekly ranking points and last week’s rank, season pass progress, elite challenge progress, missions and achievements.
- Statistics: matches played, wins, losses, streaks, rondas, mesas, caídas, solo and team wins.
- Items you own or have equipped (avatars, frames, tables, decks) and gifts you have received.
- A log of in-match gifts: who sent a gift to whom, which gift, its coin cost and the time.
- Temporary matchmaking records (the room you are waiting in and your seat). These are working data only, are not match history, and are cleaned up automatically after the match ends.
- Match results, which are settled by our game server (coins won or lost, ranking points earned).
2.3 Social features
- Your friends list, friend requests you send and receive, private-match invitations, and the list of players you have blocked.
- Presence: whether you are currently online and when you were last seen, so friends can see if you are available to play.
- In-match quick chat: the App has no free-text chat. You can only send preset phrases (for example “Good game”) and gift emojis to the players at your table. Your selection is relayed live to that table only, rate-limited, and is not stored on our servers after delivery.
2.4 Device and technical information
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), only if you allow notifications.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): app version, device model, operating system version, a crash trace and the state of the App at the time of the crash.
- Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): automatically collected events such as app opens, screens visited, session length, device category, and an approximate country derived from your IP address.
- Advertising ID of your device, used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads (see Advertising).
- App and device integrity verdicts from the Google Play Integrity API (see Security and anti-cheat).
- IP address and connection data, processed transiently by the servers the App talks to (our database and authentication provider, our game server, and Google services) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse.
2.5 Data stored only on your device
Sound, music, language and notification settings, your ads consent choice, a cached copy of your profile for faster loading, and all guest-mode progress. This data never leaves your device unless you sign in and choose to sync your profile.
3. Information we do not collect
- No photos, camera or microphone access. Avatars are chosen from a built-in gallery.
- No contacts, no precise location (GPS), no SMS or call logs.
- No payment card or bank details. The App currently sells nothing for real money; if in-app purchases are added later, payment will be handled entirely by Google Play and this policy will be updated first.
- No biometric data, no health data, no government identifiers.
The only Android permissions the App requests are Internet access, network state (to detect being offline) and, on Android 13 and later, permission to show notifications.
4. How we use information
- To run the game: create and sign in to your account, match you with other players, run online matches on our game server, settle results, and keep your progress in sync across devices.
- Social features: friends, invitations, gifts, blocking, chat and presence.
- Competitions and rewards: the weekly ranking, season pass, elite challenge, missions, achievements and chests, including paying the automatic weekly prizes to the top players.
- Notifications you opted in to, such as friend requests, challenges and game announcements.
- Advertising that keeps the App free.
- Improving the App: understanding which features are used and fixing crashes.
- Security and fair play: preventing cheating, modified clients, fraud and abuse; reviewing player reports; enforcing our Terms of Use, including suspending or banning accounts.
- Legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you.
5. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — account, gameplay, social features and progress sync.
- Consent — personalised advertising, push notifications, and analytics where your country requires consent. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).
- Legitimate interests — security, anti-cheat, fraud prevention, crash diagnosis and improving the App, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
7. What other players can see
Because Ronda STARS Online is a multiplayer game, some of your information is visible to other players by design:
- Your username, avatar and frame, level, country flag, and your public statistics (matches, wins, losses, win rate, streaks, rondas, mesas) on your profile card, in matches, in friends lists and in the ranking.
- Your online status is visible to your friends.
- Your player code is shown on your profile so friends can find you; anyone who knows the code can look up your public profile and send a request.
- Quick-chat phrases and gifts you send in a match are seen by the players at that table.
Your e-mail address is never shown to other players. You can block a player at any time (blocked players cannot send you requests or invitations) and report a player from their profile card for cheating, an offensive username or harassment. A report stores your account id, the reported player’s id, the reason, any details you add and the time, and is reviewed by us.
8. Advertising
The App is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob: rewarded video ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards, occasional full-screen ads between matches, and a native ad on the match-results screen. Ad placements are controlled remotely by us and may change.
- To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may use your device’s Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and information about your device and the ads you interact with.
- Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some U.S. states), the App shows a consent screen (Google User Messaging Platform) before initialising ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options in the App.
- You can also limit ad personalisation or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings. Learn how to control ad personalisation on your device.
For details on how Google uses data for advertising, read Google’s advertising technologies policy.
9. Analytics and crash reports
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used (for example which screens are popular and how long sessions last) and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. These reports are aggregated and are not used to identify you personally. Crash reports may include the state of the App at the moment of the crash but never your e-mail address.
Read Firebase’s Privacy and Security overview for the retention periods and safeguards Google applies to this data.
10. Push notifications
With your permission, the App can notify you about friend requests, challenges, and game announcements. Notifications are delivered by Firebase Cloud Messaging using a device token that we store with your account. You can turn notifications off at any time in the App’s Settings or in your device’s notification settings; the token is removed when you disable them or sign out.
11. Security and anti-cheat
- All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS).
- Access to your data is protected by authentication and database access rules; the game economy (coins, gems, results) is decided by our servers, never by the App alone.
- When you enter an online match, the App obtains a token from the Google Play Integrity API and sends it to our game server. The token tells us whether the App is genuine and whether the device appears unmodified. We receive Google’s verdict only, not your hardware identifiers. Modified apps or devices may be restricted from online play. Learn how the Play Integrity API works.
- Accounts that cheat, exploit or abuse other players may be suspended or banned; we keep the reason for the ban with the account.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
12. How long we keep information
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Account, profile, progress, items, social data, gift log | For as long as your account exists. Deleted when you delete your account. |
| Weekly ranking points | Reset every week; only your last week’s rank is kept with your profile. |
| Matchmaking records (rooms, seats) | Working data only; cleaned up automatically when the match ends or expires. |
| In-match quick chat and gifts (live) | Not stored — relayed live and discarded. Gifts are logged as described above. |
| Player reports you submit | Until reviewed and resolved, and at the latest until either account is deleted. |
| Push notification token | Until you disable notifications, sign out or delete the account. |
| Crash reports and analytics | Kept by Google according to Firebase’s retention settings (crash data for 90 days; analytics for up to 14 months), aggregated and not linked to your account. |
| Sign-in record (e-mail) | Deleted together with the account, immediately. |
| Abuse-prevention record (only if the account was banned): a one-way hash of the sign-in e-mail and the ban reason, so the ban cannot be evaded by re-registering | Only as long as necessary for that purpose, then deleted. |
13. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the App. This immediately and permanently erases your sign-in record (including your e-mail address), your profile, progress, items, friends, requests, blocks, invitations, gift history, reports and notification token from our servers, and signs you out.
You can also ask us by e-mail. The full steps, and exactly what is deleted and what is kept, are on the Data Deletion Request page.
14. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct it — your username, avatar, country and language can be edited in the App.
- Delete it (see above).
- Object to, or restrict, certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time: ads consent from Settings → Privacy options, notifications from Settings or your device, ad personalisation from your device’s Google settings.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Complain to your data protection authority. In the EEA, find your data protection authority.
California residents: we do not sell personal information. The use of your Advertising ID for personalised ads may count as “sharing” under California law; you can opt out through the in-app consent screen or your device settings as described in Advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, e-mail userconplay@gmail.com from the Google address linked to your account, or include your player code. We respond within 30 days.
15. International transfers
Our service providers operate servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, our providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. By using the App you understand that your data may be processed in these locations.
16. Children
Ronda STARS Online is not directed to children under 16 years of age (or the higher minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves — for example if we add in-app purchases or new features. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. For material changes we will notify you in the App before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated policy.
