1. What CONPLY owns
Unless stated otherwise in section 4, all of the following are owned by or exclusively licensed to CONPLY and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws worldwide:
- The App itself: its source code, compiled code, game engine, rules implementation, matchmaking logic and the server software that runs online matches.
- All artwork: the logo and icon, avatars and portraits, avatar frames, table and card-deck designs, backgrounds, podium and ranking art, buttons, icons, animations and effects.
- All audio: sound effects, gift and celebration voices, and music.
- All text: in-game copy in Arabic and English, store descriptions, help content, and these legal pages.
- The design of the user interface, the arrangement and look of screens, and the game’s overall audiovisual presentation.
- Names of in-game items, modes, events and virtual currencies.
Virtual coins, gems and items shown in the App are part of this content and are licensed to players, never sold — see the Terms of Use.
2. The traditional game of Ronda
Ronda is a traditional card game played across the Maghreb with the Spanish-suited deck. The rules of the traditional game are part of the public domain, and CONPLY claims no ownership over them or over the traditional Spanish-suited card designs in general.
What CONPLY owns is its own implementation: the way the rules are programmed, the original card and table artwork drawn for the App, the game modes (1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, 1 vs 2), the scoring presentation, the online systems and everything listed in section 1.
3. Trademarks
- “Ronda STARS Online”, “CONPLY” and their logos are marks of CONPLY. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation without our written permission.
- Google Play, Android, AdMob, Firebase and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Supabase and Fly.io are marks of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to identify the services the App uses; those companies do not endorse the App.
4. Third-party components and services
The App is built with software written by others, used under their licences. Their copyright notices remain with their authors.
