1. What CONPLY owns
© 2020–2026 CONPLY. All rights reserved. Unless stated otherwise in this notice, CONPLY owns, or holds a licence to, everything that makes up the App, including:
- the source code, compiled code, architecture and video-processing pipeline;
- the user interface, screen layouts, icons, illustrations, animations and visual design;
- the names “MONTAJI” and “مونتاجي”, the logo and the branding;
- the built-in templates, text styles, end cards, filters, colour looks, effects and transitions (including their GLSL shader programs), stickers, sound effects, audio effects, preview images and preview videos;
- the store listing, screenshots, promotional material and these legal pages.
The App is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws worldwide, including the Berne Convention and the other international treaties that apply wherever the App is used. It is licensed to you under the Terms of Use, not sold.
2. What you own
Everything you bring into the App and everything you create with it is yours: your photos, videos, audio, voice recordings, text, and the finished videos you export. We claim no ownership, no licence and no right to use them, and they never leave your device. A finished video that uses our templates, effects or fonts is still your video; you may publish, share and monetise it freely, and you do not need to credit MONTAJI. You remain responsible for having the rights to the material you included, as explained in the Terms of Use.
3. Trademarks
“MONTAJI”, “مونتاجي”, the App logo and the tagline “Pro Video Editor” are trademarks of CONPLY, whether registered or not. You may refer to the App by name (for example in a review or a tutorial) but may not use the name or logo in a way that suggests we created, endorse or are affiliated with your product, service or channel.
Google Play, Android and Firebase are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names mentioned in the App or on these pages belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.
4. Third-party components and services
The App is built with open-source libraries and Google services, each used under its own licence or terms. We are grateful to their authors.

5. Fonts, effects and other licensed assets
The App bundles Arabic and Latin typefaces created by third-party type designers. Each typeface is included under the licence granted by its author (for example the SIL Open Font License or a commercial licence held by CONPLY) and is provided solely for rendering text inside videos you create with the App. The typefaces themselves may not be extracted, copied or redistributed. Visual effects, transitions, shaders, sound effects and preview media were created by or for CONPLY and are subject to section 1.
If you believe that a font or asset in the App is used without the proper licence, please tell us using the procedure in section 7; we take such reports seriously and will replace or remove any asset that cannot be properly licensed.
6. What you may do with the content
- use every template, effect, transition, font and sound inside the videos you create with the App, including in videos you sell, monetise or use for clients;
- publish screenshots and screen recordings of the App for reviews, tutorials and news;
- refer to the App by name and link to its Google Play listing.
- extract templates, effects, shaders, fonts, stickers, sounds or preview media from the App, or distribute them separately or in another product;
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, re-sign or repackage the App, or distribute it outside Google Play;
- use our name, logo or branding on your own products, channels or services, or in a misleading way;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or licence notice.
7. Copyright or trademark complaints
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that the App, its assets or its store listing infringe your copyright or trademark, send a notice to userconplay@gmail.com containing:
- Your name, organisation (if any), postal address and e-mail address.
- A description of the protected work or mark, and proof that you own it or act for the owner.
- Where the material appears in the App (the screen, template or effect name, with a screenshot if possible).
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your signature (typed is fine).
We acknowledge every notice within 7 days, investigate, and remove or replace infringing material in the next App update where the claim is justified. We may forward your notice to the party who provided the material. Knowingly false claims may make you liable for damages.
Videos made by users with the App are not hosted by us; if your complaint concerns a video someone published, contact the platform where it was published.
